Not a big smoothie or coffee drinker? Add your daily dose of collagen to your morning yoghurt. Top with granola and seasonal fruits for extra yum!
1 cup plain yoghurt
4 tbsps Happy Being Co. PURE collagen
2 tsp honey (optional)
½ cup passionfruit pulp
⅔ cup granola
2 tsp desiccated coconut
In a small bowl mix the yoghurt, honey and collagen together until smooth.
Add ¼ cup passion fruit pulp to each glass/jar, then add about ½ cup collagen yoghurt on top of the pulp , ⅓ cup granola and 1 tsp coconut to each glass. Lastly add a little more yoghurt and passion
