Chai Collagen Yoghurt
While we want all our meals to be delicious and full of body-loving nutrients, we'd rather get extra shut-eye then wake up extra early to make breakfast. Thats where this recipe comes in. Two ingredients. One step. Your daily does of collagen done before the day even begins.
Chai Latte with Collagen recipe
- 2 tbsp The Happy Being Co CHAI collagen
- 250ml full-fat Greek yoghurt
- Top with fruit, berries, seeds and nuts (optional)
- Pour yoghurt into serving bowl and add 2 tbsp CHAI collagen. Mix until the collagen has been stirred through. Enjoy!
