Just like a chocolate milkshake... but without the sugar! This smoothie is loaded with protein, superfoods and healthy fats which make it the perfect option for a quick, balanced brekky.
- 250ml water, milk or milk alternative
- 2 tbsp Happy Being Co COCOA collagen
- 1 small handful spinach
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tbsp xylitol, erythritol or sweetener of choice (optional)
- 1 tbsp nut butter, unsweetened
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 3 - 4 ice blocks
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Serve immediately with toppings of choice.
